Visitor Guidelines
- Smoking, or the use of an open flame, is forbidden in the exhibition hall.
- Animals are not allowed into the exhibition hall (except guide dogs). Guide dogs must be always on a leash and under the supervision of their owners.
- For your safety, if a visitor behaves dangerously during the visit, staff will immediately stop the tour.
- The plant tour will been suspended from Feb. to April due to confidential matters. Instead, tours will be carried out on the second floor of the Brand Experience Centre. They will learn about the history and culture of Volvo Cars, scientific and technological concepts, and safety crash tests, etc.
- There is a parking lot in the Experience Centre and the security staff will assist with parking.
- If you cannot arrive at the exhibition hall on time due to personal reasons, you will not be able to visit the experience tour during this session.
