Visitor Guidelines
  1. Smoking, or the use of an open flame, is forbidden in the exhibition hall.
  2. Animals are not allowed into the exhibition hall (except guide dogs). Guide dogs must be always on a leash and under the supervision of their owners.
  3. The health code (also required for children) will be checked at the entrance of the exhibition hall. Please wear a mask during your visit.
  4. The exhibition hall temporarily does not accept visitors from high-risk areas within 14 days or those who have recently travelled overseas. Please inform us honestly if you have visited the above-mentioned areas.
  5. Elderly, frail, sick, disabled, and pregnant visitors and children under 12 years old must be accompanied by family members or friends. Parents/guardians should always supervise accompanying children at all times. For safety concerns, one adult visitor can only bring up three children.
  6. For your safety, if a visitor behaves dangerously during the visit, staff will immediately stop the tour.
  7. The plant tour will been suspended from March to November due to confidential matters. Instead, tours will be carried out on the second floor of the Brand Experience Centre. They will learn about the history and culture of Volvo Cars, scientific and technological concepts, and safety crash tests, etc.
  8. There is a parking lot in the Experience Centre and the security staff will assist with parking.
  9. If you cannot arrive at the exhibition hall on time due to personal reasons, you will not be able to visit the experience tour during this session.
